I crash in "The Forge" whenever I try to reload my saves there. My observations are: - I've just started the training mission and I had to wait a lot of time before every singl action (every map and texture was great and runned My PT8/Mbox Mini Win7 x64 install worked all on it's own. Unfortanetly once it happens every time i try to reload the game it will always keep crashing unless i start a brand new campaign.
Radium03-11-2016, 05:48 PMPlease make sure to restart the game twice if your using mods on your version of XCOM 2. All I did was validated some of the files via Steam. Switched the ATi HD3450 card - (no hope) over to an Asus/nVidia EN210 Silent 512Mb DDR2 running on the 270.xx drivers. Thanks! The graphics driver for the video card will be the only one controlling the system. I get the cinematic inside the Firebrand, but right when the green button "Ready to launch mission" is about to appear, XCom2.exe crashes and I'm back to my desktop. Thank you!
I have three saved games from different points of working this mission and this failure happens in a few turns for each of them. So... I really can't play. Reinstalled everything from drivers to direct x and the other Microsoft software. Then I have to shur it down with the TaskManager or wait until Windows says, it's not working anymore. I know with Windows XP the wave driver does this, and I tried to use the MME kit to opt-in certain programs, but I have a feeling in Windows 7 this
