Thanks mate! In my case – I am not deploying any Modern UI applications with this image. If I was – I’d make DAMN sure they were provisioned for ALL users – not For any user showing a package as installed, delete the user, or log in as that user and run the command in Step 4 to remove the Appx package. Repeated Steps 1-4 until it successfully went through Generalize.
