Come on please surely fixing this 'lid close' bug isn't rocket science..... Change this to enabled so now when I close the lid and open it again, a press of the power button wakes it up again. It is extremely disappointing to have paid big bucks for an excellent laptop to be let down by this problem within a month. Even shutting the lid and opening it again did nothing. Coupled with Windows 8 (64 bit), its a very new experience all together, especially the uptime after restart, connectivity etc. Ideally, "Disable Wake On Lid Open" would be a system pref instead of something that can only be done via the command line. Everything went well with the test.

For some reason the frame around the display is a glossy and reflective surface. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT HINT AS I LOST LOADS OF TIME REBOOTING MY MACHINE IN THE PAST as I could also not find a service/utility which would help the Windows 10 Brightness After Sleep I was very frusterated since the display brightness was normal in safe mode (forcing me to assume it was a software issue).
