- Device Managemane shows 8 cores at 2.80GHz.
- Ping is always at ~10-20ms. (to Google) The problem has nothing to do with, my ISP, my router, my type of connection.

What do hardware monitoring progs say about the speed eg CPU-Z, Open Hardware Monitor etc ? Cpuid Please let me know what info you need to understand the problem if the answer is not simple. Turbo speed isn't shown in System Properties.

But at 400mhz is when the problem begins, the computer would freeze after 3 mins of orthos and I would have to reset.However, I have played Cod 2 for like 1 BTW... I'm a really small system builder who likes to (or tries to) make the best. Your CPU is currently running at 2.66GHz, but has a maximum frequency of 2.80GHz when under load.
