Markus I did it all the way to step 3 but when i tried to replace the original one i got the error message that i dont have permission, even thought Most of the settings and options from the old Control Panel have been moved to Settings app, and Microsoft plans to discontinue the old Control Panel once all settings and options So unless I'm wrong, Windows 10 is not using that folder at all & it's just a remnant of Windows 8.1 on my system. Stupid people!!!
