This command prompt may well work for many other issues too as it self-scans & self-fixes issue! When you have that option enabled and have a lot of instances of the window open, it does exactly that. Those only respond in that way, clicking on them won't provoke any further action. When I compared the folder on different machines it was clear the names are the same for each application. It said that 'Restore operation completed successfully. However it is not on the task bar, or in the list on the pop up when I cursor on the arrow. As it turns out, the data for the Jump List items isn't in the registry at all, but in the user's AppData.
